Lovely Stay in the Heart of Everything

The location allowed us to easily walk to many attractions. The subtle leather accents enhanced the room. The room included high-quality amenities like a rainfall shower.. this hotel really impressed me. Housekeeping visited twice daily and fulfilled special requests promptly. We had fresh linens and towels during our entire stay.
The rooftop bar was closed due to refurbishment.

obstructed view constant noise
My stay started well but declined. The room I booked wasn't ready when I arrived. I had to wait several hours, even though check-in time had passed. The staff did not seem particularly concerned.. This was frustrating as I had planned my day around the expected check-in. the promised city view was obstructed by scaffolding. These issues detracted significantly from the overall experience, diminishing my initial positive impression.

This hotel has an amazing location. The views from the roof terrace were fine. We enjoyed Molton Brown products provided in the bathroom. Toni, the doorman, was very friendly and helpful..

The food had very nice flavour and used high quality ingredients. I particularly enjoyed the bruschetta, Iberico croquettes, and NALO maple truffle nut mix with champagne. Breakfast options were plentiful and delicious.

Toni, the doorman was so helpful. He always had a smile. The room had a nice view of the square. The location of the hotel allowed me to walk to many places.
The bathroom was small. I found the elevators to be slow and crowded during peak times.

excellent stay with amazing food

excellent food great service team effort
the bar offered a amazing experience. the food and service were excellent. the chef and team created a great experience (i was amazed by the mushroom croquette!).
i faced repeated breakfast order mistakes on consecutive mornings. amenities requests to housekeeping also resulted in repeated no-shows. the team should pay more attention to detail.
